While finished products follow standardized color guidelines, the final color may be influenced by the original color and characteristics of the supplied materials. Detailed specifications require prior discussion.

Fiber clusters visible on the product surface are a natural characteristic of upcycled materials and do not indicate a defect.

Collection and resource conversion costs range from KRW 2,000–2,500 per kilogram.Pricing may vary depending on recyclability (some items may not be eligible), storage condition (wetness, mold, visible contamination, odor, oil, or heavy metals), and collection environment (labor requirements, forklift use, etc.).

Customers are required to purchase panels or panel-based products at a 1:1 ratio relative to the quantity of collected resources.Panel and product costs are separate from collection and resource conversion fees.

Among collected textile resources, materials that are difficult to recycle due to composition or contamination, or that show excessive pollution (e.g., oil stains or detected heavy metals through random sampling), will not be used for Plusnel production.

Raw material composition and blending ratios vary depending on the type and color of Plusnel.To achieve standardized colors, recycled polyester (rPET) is used. Desired colors and specific conditions are discussed in advance to determine the amount of recycled fiber input.

The quantity of Plusnel that can be produced from collected materials cannot be estimated in advance, as resource suitability must first be assessed.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 30 panels. Orders below the MOQ may be subject to higher unit pricing.

Plusnel panel and product manufacturing costs are charged separately from collection and resource conversion fees.The lead time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of advance payment, subject to production schedules.

Benches and decks may be purchased either as raw panels or finished products.When purchasing panels only, fabrication and processing must be handled by the customer.

Plusnel panels can be cut at right angles or 45-degree angles. Edges can be finished with sanding or edge banding. For CNC cutting, we can recommend partners experienced with Plusnel.

Plusnel supports UV printing, transfer printing, silk-screen printing, and laser engraving/cutting.Printing services are not provided in-house. Stickers may fade or lose adhesion with prolonged outdoor exposure. Laser engraving may cause slight discoloration.

For thicknesses over 25T, multiple panels can be bonded together.Additional bonding costs apply, and maximum achievable thickness requires separate confirmation.

Plusnel can be handled like standard interior materials such as MDF, particle board, or plywood.Depending on panel thickness, fastening methods include staples (recommended from 5T), screws, or adhesive bonding. Pre-drilling is recommended when using screws to prevent slippage.

Thin panels can be cut using standard woodworking circular saw blades, while thicker panels are best processed using tools with RPM inverters. Stainless-steel-grade blades or higher are recommended.

Transparent coatings may be applied, and urethane coatings are recommended depending on usage.

For integrated insulation panels, thicknesses of 10T, 20T, 30T, 40T, and 50T are recommended and available for bulk orders.

Detailed performance data—such as color stability under heat or sunlight, strength, and detection of heavy metals or harmful substances—can be provided upon request based on performance analysis reports.
